RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOMERSET SUBDIVISION, 6TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the utilities
and paving improvements required for the Somerset Subdivision,6th Addition,are hereby accepted
as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure completion of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 1 Ith day of July, 2000.
