RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR COUNTRY GABLES SUBDIVISION,
TENTH ADDTION, AND APPROVING AGREEMENT AND BOND
FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that:
SECTION ONE. In accordance with the Certificate of the Municipal Engineer that
the following public improvements required for approval of the final plat of Tenth Addition,
County Gables Subdivision, have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with
approved construction plans, the City Council accepts as satisfactory and complete: See
Attached.
SECTION TWO. An Improvement Agreement, secured by a certified check in the
amount of $7,000.00 and an Agreement for Sidewalks is hereby authorized with respect
to the following public improvements required for approval of the final plat of the aforesaid
subdivision: Light poles, asphalt surface and miscellaneous items (water valves and
manhole readjustments to final elevations).
