RESOLUTION APPROVING
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ANNUAL ANALYSIS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Ames' Affirmative Action Plan and Policy requires that the
Affirmative Action Officer perform an availability and utilization analysis at the end of each fiscal
year; and,
WHEREAS, the purpose of this analysis is to identify areas of the work force that do not
mirror the gender and ethnic/minority characteristics of the available qualified population.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,
that the Affirmative Action Annual Analysis report for Fiscal Year 1998/99 is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of January, 2000.
