RESOLUTION ABANDONING PART OF AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that the part of the easement
recorded in Book 285, at Page 182 of the Story County Recorder that pertains to the north 64 feet
of the south 180 feet of the previously vacated alleyway adjacent to the east half of Lots 6, 7 and 8
in Block 9 in the Original Town of Ames, Story County, Iowa is hereby abandoned.
