CITY OF AMES, IOWA
RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-376 ACCEPTING PLAT
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Ames a plat of the real estate described as :
A Replat of Parcel "A" in Lot Thirteen (13) , Block One (1) ,
Beardshear' s Addition, as shown on the "Plat of Survey" filed in
the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on December 23,
1998 and recorded as Instrument #98-17892 on Slide 12 at Page 4 ;
and Lot Fourteen (14) , Block One (1) , BeardshearIs Addition, except
the South 7 . 5 feet thereof; and all that part of the West Fifteen
(15) feet of Lot Sixteen (16) , in Parker' s Addition, lying South of
the south line extended of said Lot 13 ; all in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa;
to be known as MECA SUBDIVISION TO AMES, IOWA; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the owners of the real estate have met all
conditions, as required by law, concerning the platting of the real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa:
1 . The consolidation plat of MECA SUBDIVISION TO AMES, IOWA, be and it
is hereby accepted and approved. ,•

appointed Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of Ames,
Iowa, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
Number 99-376 is a true and accurate copy of said Resolution;
that said Resolution was duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, at a duly called meeting thereof
on this 12th day of October 1999 .
