RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED P-C PLAN
TO ALLOW A BUILDING SIGN AT 2801 GRAND AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS,the tenant that occupies an exterior space on the east side of North Grand mall
would like to install a new wall-mounted sign on the upper fascia centered over the store frontage;
and,
WHEREAS, the proposed sign will have exterior dimensions of 3' - 2 1/8"by 13' - 5 3/1 6"
and be blue and red; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this request at their meeting of
May 19, 1999, and recommended approval of this request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that the amended P-C Plan for 2801 Grand Avenue(North Grand Mall)to allow a building sign is
hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 8th day of June, 1999.
