September 22, 2023 Steve Schainker, City Manager City of Ames 515 Clark Ave. Ames, IA 50010 RE: JT WAREHOUSE SUBDIVISION—LOT A AND B WATER SERVICE TERRITORY RELINQUISHMENT 2016 WATER SERVICE TERRITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN IRUA AND CITY OF AMES Dear Mr. Schainker: Enclosed is a copy of the final plat document for the proposed JT Warehouse Subdivision project dated September 20, 2023 (EXHIBIT A). Note 3 on the document states: "Lots A [1.41 acres] and B [0.25 acres] shall be dedicated to the City of Ames for public right of way." IRUA hereby relinquishes its right to provide public water supply services to Lot A(1.41 acres) and Lot B (0.25 acres) as depicted in the enclosed FINAL PLAT JT WAREHOUSE SUBDIVISION DOCUMENT dated September 20, 2023, which is included by reference.
