RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2805 and 2809 GREEN HILLS DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 2805 and 2809 Green Hills Drive, and the owner is Pinnacle
Properties Ames, LLC; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:

THAT PORTION OF LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 1, DOMANI SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION,
