RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
AN UNADDRESSED PARCEL IN RURAL STORY COUNTY NEAR 260`11 AVENUE AND
INTERSTATE 35 (KNOWN AS PARCEL #1019300210)
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a County division
to create a parcel for conservation purposes; and,

N WHEREAS, the site is located near 260`h Avenue and abuts Interstate 35 (I-35) near the 260'
Avenue overpass of 1-35, and the owner is C G Lee Joint Venture LLC; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:
$ PARCEL"K" being a part of the East One-half(F. '/z) of the Southwest Quarter(SW `/4) of Section 19,

Township 83 North,Range 23 West of the 5" P.M., Story County, Iowa, lying West of the present West
a right of way line of Interstate No. 35, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe

by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for the unaddressed parcel in rural Story County near 260'h Avenue and Interstate 35
(known as Parcel #10 193002 10) is hereby approved.
