Normally we would have just done an acquisition plat and not gone through DRC but you know how conversations go. Anyway, there will be many more plats associated with the Flood Mitigation project as we get into land acquisition but I don't plan to take those through DRC (unless I am convinced otherwise again). I guess we will see! Thanks for getting it recorded. They have not been recorded yet?? We do not record the Plats of Survey as that is done by the developer. Normally after a City Council meeting the Resolution is given to the Planner and they in turn give that Resolution and Plat of Survey to the Developer to record and have a copy sent to us. Eloise, I know you are working from home, but can you tell me who you were working with so I can get these documents delivered to them to get recorded.
