TRUSTEE'S DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS: Grantor M. Kim Sharp and Janet O. Sharp, as Trustees of the Kim and
Janet Sharp Revocable Trust dated January 15, 1993, (the "trust agreement"), for valuable consideration,
does hereby convey Grantee,the City of Ames, Iowa,an Iowa municipal corporation,for valuable consider-
ation, the Real Property with easements appurtenant and servient estates in Story County, Iowa,.described
as:

The undersigned Trustees,pursuant to section 614.14 of the Code of Iowa,covenants with and warrants
to the above named Grantee and successors in interest that the trust agreement pursuant to which this
conveyance is made was duly executed and remains in full force and effect; that the person creating the
trust was under no disability or infirmity at the time the trust was created;that the undersigned is now the
only person holding the office of trustee under the trust agreement;that the Trustee holds said real estate
by title in fee simple; that the Trustee has full and lawful authority under the trust agreement to sell and
convey said real estate to said Grantee; that the trustee knows of no facts or legal claims which might
impair the validity of the trust or the validity of this transfer;and that said real estate is free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances whatsoever,except as may be above stated. The Trustee covenants and warrants to
defend said real estate against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,except as may be above stated.
Note: This conveyance is prepared and accepted by the Grantee for dedication of street right-of-way.
