0o WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
Madjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

WHEREAS, the site is located at 2005 East Lincoln Way and 2017 East Lincoln Way, and the
N owners are Mark Kruse and Wayne and Mary Jo Larson, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate descriptions are:

Survey Description- Parcel `L' (2017 East Lincoln Way):
o Part of Parcel F in the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 83 North, Range 24
N West of the 5t'P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on the Plat of Survey.
filed in Slide 233, Page 1, said part being more particularly described as follows:
00 Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Parcel F; thence S89°50'01"W, 241.04 feet to

by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2005 and 2017 East Lincoln Way is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 8`h day of August, 2017.
