RESOLUTION NO. 17-388
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
1428 AND 1506 BOSTON AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 1428 and 1506 Boston Avenue, and the owner is Tea Party
Investment, LLC; and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is:
Parcel A, including Lots 8 and,9, Eastgate Subdivision, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; and,
WHEREAS,apreliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,that
the Plat of Survey for 1428 and 1506 Boston Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 131h day of June, 2017.
