o RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
N 1100 ADAMS STREET AND 3805 AND 3815 CALHOUN AVENUE

FOR THE CITY OF AMES
o WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
c adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

WHEREAS,the site is located at 1100 Adams Street,3805 Calhoun Avenue,and 3815 Calhoun
c Avenue, and the owners are: Ames Senior Living,Andrew Peter and Tanya Jean Meyer, and Joshua J.
C4 Magie and Amanda J. Kirk,respectively; and,

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that
the Plat of Survey for 1100 Adams Street,3805 Calhoun Avenue,and 3815 Calhoun Avenue is hereby
approved.
