WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

N WHEREAS,the site is located at 2700,2702, 2718, and 2728 Lincoln Way, 112 and 114 South
o Hyland Avenue, and 115 South Sheldon Avenue, and the owner is Ames Caddis, LLC; and,

N WHEREAS,the real estate description is:

H Parcel L, being a portion of vacated South Sheldon Avenue, as shown on the Plat of

of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; Lots 1-4 in Lee's Subdivision; the

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2700,2702,2718,and 2728 Lincoln Way, 112 and 114 South Hyland Avenue,and
115 South Sheldon Avenue is hereby approved.
