the Planning and Housing Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,that
the Plat of Survey for 301 South 4th Street is hereby approved,with the following condition:that the Plat
of Survey be revised to include public easements for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and electric facilities
on the site prior to signature by the Planning and Housing Director
ADOPTED THIS 181h day of October, 2016.
