5t" P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, as described in the Warranty Deed filed on
August 15, 2011 at Inst. No. 11-07778, and being more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 1; thence N01 003'00"W, 57.75
feet along the East line thereof to the point of beginning; thence S89055'26"W, 190.27
feet to the West line of said Lot 1; thence N01000'11"W, 57.75 feet along said line;
thence N89058'52"E, 190.22 feet to the East line of said Lot 1; thence S01°03'00"E,
