WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for conveyance
division of land per Section 23307 of the Municipal Code; and,
Ln WHEREAS,the site is located at 915 Duff Avenue(Parcel A),913 Duff Avenue,(Parcel B),and
Q 115 9"Street(Parcel C)and the owners are: Sherman Avenue Properties,LLC,Julie A.Pike,and Harold
Pike, respectively; and,

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the
Plat of Survey for 115 9`h Street, 913 Duff Avenue, and 915 Duff Avenue is hereby approved.
