RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
307 ASH AVENUE
W FOR THE CITY OF AMES

WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
o WHEREAS, the site is located at 307 Ash Avenue, and the owner is Zeta Delta House
Corporation of Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Inc.; and,
z WHEREAS, the real estate description is: Lot 10, except the South 2.50 feet therefore in Gray
H and Cessna Subdivision of Lot 4,Parker's Addition to Ames,Iowa,an official plat,Ames, Story County,
z Iowa, and the East Half of the vacated North-South alley West of and adjoining said Lot 10, except the
H South 2.50 feet thereof, and,
oWHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
c by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
W the Plat of Survey for 307 Ash Avenue is hereby approved.
