HomeMy WebLinkAboutA003 - Email correspondence dated May 13, 2014 Revised Plat of Survey for 312, 306 and 300 Abraham Drive E Ray D Anderson to: Diane R Voss 05/13/2014 12:46 PM Cc: Kelly Diekmann, Steve Schainker, Bob Kindred View: (Mail Threads) Diane, The applicant who has requested approval of a Plat of Survey(POS), for a boundary line adjustment of the properties listed above, has requested that the City Council take action to approve the attached revised POS (received today), instead of the one that was attached to the City Council Action Form that was distributed last Friday, May 9. The revised POS increases the width of Parcel A, on which the existing house and attached garage is located, by 8 feet. The property owner wishes to construct an addition to the attached garage to add two additional stalls to the existing single car garage. To accommodate this addition, it is necessary to provide a minimum side yard setback of 8 feet. With this change to the POS, Parcels B and C will be smaller than originally proposed; however, the revised dimensions of both parcels meet the minimum lot width and lot area standards for the RL (Residential Low Density)zone. A copy of the revised legal descriptions for the three parcels will also be provided to your office.
