Re: Plat of Survey for Kingland Property A

History: This message has been replied to.
A condition of approval of that Plat of Survey was an easement for emergency access to neighboring
properties and for electric utility to serve neighboring properties. This is a little unusual so the City needs
to prepare the easement document. I had not had time to push this before being out of town last week and
Kingland was not pushing us. But I will get the needed City staff together for this easement now. I'm sorry
for the delay.
THANKS!

Subject: Plat of Survey for Kingland Property
Hi Jeff,
I'm not sure you are the contact person for the Plat of Survey documents for the Kingland Property.
However, we have yet to receive the recorded Resolution and Plat. This went to Council back on
December 10 (which is way past the 30-day deadline for us to receive the paperwork).
Is it possible to contact someone with Kingland (or the company's attorney) to remind them that we need
these documents very soon.
Thank you!
lr
