N WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
o; adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code;and,
a
WHEREAS, the site is located at 2410-2428 Lincoln Way, 114 Welch Avenue, and 107-111
Stanton Avenue,and the owner is Kingland Campus Properties,LLC;and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is as follows: (See attachment)
WHEREAS,apreliminary decision ofapproval fortheproposed Plat ofSurveyhas been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with the following conditions:that the property owner provide
to the City prior to recordation of the plat an emergency vehicle access easement along the south property

line for mid-block access to multiple properties;and,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that
w the Plat of Survey for 2410-2428 Lincoln Way, 114 Welch Avenue, and 107-111 Stanton Avenue is
