c WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
N adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

WHEREAS, the site is located at 1523 South Dayton Place, and the owner is Ames Hotel
Management, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is Lots 3 and 4 of South Gateway Development, Plat 2;

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
c NOW;,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 1523 South Dayton Place is hereby approved.
