RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR

WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
cadjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

WHEREAS,the site is located at 505 South DuffAvenue,and the owner is Nancy S.Bundy;and,

WHEREAS, the real estate description for Parcel `AX' is as follows:

Lot 14 in Cayler's Second Addition to Ames,Iowa, subject to easements and restrictions
Nof record;

Lots 15, 16, and 17 in Cayler's Second Addition to Ames, Iowa;
c AND,
H A.tract described as:beginning at Northwest Corner of Lot 18,Cayler's Second Addition
to the City of Ames,Iowa; thence S89°54'40" East along the North Line of said Lot 18,
ti a distance of 193.8 feet to the Southwest Corner of Lot 17 of said Addition;thence North
►W H along the West Line of Lots 17, 16, 15, and 14 of said Addition, a distance of 461.1 feet
to the Northwest Corner of Lot 14 of said Addition;thence North 89°47'30"West along

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 505 South Duff Avenue is hereby approved, subject to receipt of the signed
pedestrian and electrical easements.
