M RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
'-' 2826, 2904, 2912 SOUTH LOOP DRIVE AND 2900 UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD
o FOR THE CITY OF AMES

WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
z
H adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
w WHEREAS, the site is located at 2826, 2904, 2912 South Loop Drive and 2900 University
aBoulevard, and the owner is Iowa State University Research Park; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is: Parcel "A" and Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Iowa State

University Research Park, 3rd Addition; and,
A
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,

N NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2826, 2904, 2912 South Loop Drive and 2900 University Boulevard is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of February, 2013.
