o RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR

FOR THE CITY OF AMES

WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
W adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

r; WHEREAS, the site is located at 125 Hyland Avenue and 118-122 Campus Avenue, and the
0 owner is 125 Hyland Avenue, LC; and,

N WHEREAS, the real estate description is: Lots 27 and 35 in Athletic Park Addition; and,
aWHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
w by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the.City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 125 Hyland Avenue and 118-122 Campus Avenue is hereby approved.
