RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
224 AND 236 SOUTH BELL AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES

N WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,

WHEREAS, the site is located at 224 and 236 South Bell Avenue, and the owner is Murphy
zFarms, Inc., and United Suppliers, Inc.; and,

WHEREAS, the real estate description is: Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Ames Community Industrial Park,
w 2nd"Addition; and,

a WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
C by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
y the Plat of Survey for 224 and 236 South Bell Avenue is hereby approved.
