A. Development; and, WHEREAS, the real estate description is: Lot 1 and Lot 2,Fountainview Subdivision; and, WHEREAS,apreliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat of Survey for 4010 and 4110 Maricopa Drive is hereby approved.
