RESOLUTION NO. 11-491
RESOLUTION TO ABANDON RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT
AND EASEMENT IN PARCEL "F" IN SUNRISE ADDITION
AND EMERY'S SUBDIVISION, AMES, STORY COUNTY,
IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the following easement in
Parcel F in Sunrise Addition and Emery's Subdivision, Ames, Story County, Iowa, is abandoned:
A right-of-way permit and easement recorded May 4, 1976, by the Recorder for Story
County, Iowa, at Book 130, Page 292, as Instrument No. 2746, and further described as:
The east 5 feet of the south 60 feet of the north 105 feet and the south 5 feet of the north 73
feet of lot 4, Block 7, Sunrise Addition to Ames, Story County, Iowa.
All other parts of said easements are retained by the City of Ames and shall remain in full force and
effect.
ADOPTED THIS 25t'day of October, 2011.
