RESOLUTION NO. 11-202
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2200 HAMILTON DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS the site is located at 2200 Hamilton Drive and the owner is Green Hills Community;
and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the
Department's preliminary decision.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2200 Hamilton Drive is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 26'day of April, 2011.
