Ms. Feilmeyer:
In finalizing the documents for the above-named transaction, I noticed that the Resolution proposing the
vacating of easements is not in recording format. Would you prefer to put the 3" margin with the
"prepared by" information on the top of the first page and email it me, or in lieu of that, prepare a cover
page? The Story County Recorder's Office charges an additional fee if the document is not in the correct
format.
I received the Resolution prepared by City Attorney Doug Marek today. The documents will be ready for
your office to pick up once the above issue is resolved. Thank you.

Subject Green Hills plat of survey and easements for the 26th
Diane,
The plat of survey for Green Hills is five sheets because of the legal descriptions for the new easements.
Ken just dropped me off 1 large signed and 1 small signed copy. Vikki is going to be bringing all the
signed easement grant documents. This will be a lot like a final plat because of all the easement
documents. So, I would ask that you process it in a similar way. In that, after the approval you contact the
attorney to have it recorded. Is that ok?
I will bring you all the documents tomorrow.
Thanks,
Sam

Vikki--Thanks. This will be no problem to get on the agenda for the 19th. I will draft a cover memo for the
council. I assume the reference to"selling"the property to Green Hills is standard language, since the
hearing hasn't happened yet, you are not assuming a free disposal. Right?
Also, it seems appropriate to have an easement location map from Ken. Agreed?
Thanks,
Sam

I have put the Resolution proposing vacation of the easements and setting
the date of public hearing on the Council's April 19 Agenda. No need to
check with the Tribune; we will make their deadlines without asking for
special accommodation.
