Would you prefer to put the 3" margin with the "prepared by" information on the top of the first page and email it me, or in lieu of that, prepare a cover page? The Story County Recorder's Office charges an additional fee if the document is not in the correct format. I received the Resolution prepared by City Attorney Doug Marek today. The documents will be ready for your office to pick up once the above issue is resolved. Thank you. Diane Voss, City Clerk/Records Manager P. O. Ken just dropped me off 1 large signed and 1 small signed copy. Vikki is going to be bringing all the signed easement grant documents. This will be a lot like a final plat because of all the easement documents. So, I would ask that you process it in a similar way. In that, after the approval you contact the attorney to have it recorded. Is that ok? I will bring you all the documents tomorrow. This will be no problem to get on the agenda for the 19th. I will draft a cover memo for the council. I assume the reference to"selling"the property to Green Hills is standard language, since the hearing hasn't happened yet, you are not assuming a free disposal. Right? Also, it seems appropriate to have an easement location map from Ken. Agreed?
