RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2900 AND 2910 WEST STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 2900 and 2910 West Street,and the owner is Mother Lode Enterprises,

WHEREAS,, the real estate description is as follows: A part of Lot 8 in the Woodland Park Addition

NWHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by

more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 8;
thence following the Northerly boundary of said Lot 8 N49°17'41"E, 36.49 feet; thence
N88°50'44"E, 31.87 feet; thence departing said line S00°24'00"W, 85.88 feet to the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 8; thence S31°36'59"W, 103:63 feet to the Southwest
