RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
1111 DUFF AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
' WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code;and

WHEREAS, the site is located at 1111 Duff Avenue, and the owner is City of Ames(Mary Greeley
t�O Medical Center);and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is attached hereto and made a portion hereof by this reference;
and
• WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by
the Planning and Housing Department with the following conditions;1)that the official plat of survey shall not
be released for recording until the document vacating and conveying the rights-of-way has been recorded;and,
WHEREAS,the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the Department's
preliminary decision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat
of Survey for I I I I Duff Avenue is hereby approved.
