RESOLUTION NO. 10-487
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2108 AND 2120 ISAAC NEWTON DRIVE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 2108 and 2120 Isaac Newton Drive, and the owner is Ralph
Haverkamp Family Trust and Brent Haverkamp; and,
WHEREAS,apreliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
TWHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the
'n Department's preliminary decision.

NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
E the Plat of Survey for 2108 and 2120 Isaac Newton Drive is hereby approved.
