RESOLUTION NO. 11-312
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2721 - 2723 WEST STREET, 208 HYLAND AVENUE,AND 221 SHELDON AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
- WHEREAS,the sites are located at 2721-2723 West Street,208 Hyland Avenue,and 221 Sheldon
�. Avenue, and the owner is Hested-Cornwell, LC; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is attached hereto and made a portion hereof by this
reference); and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,

%-4.1 WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the
o Department's preliminary decision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2721 -2723 West Street,208 Hyland Avenue, and 221 Sheldon Avenue is hereby
approved.
