o WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
14 adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
E4 WHEREAS, the site is located at 311 Ash Avenue, and the ;owner, is Iowa Farm House

WHEREAS, the real estate description is attached hereto and made a portion hereof by this
Nreference; and,

c WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,that
