RESOLUTION NO. 11-262
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
311 ASH AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 311 Ash Avenue,and the owner is the Iowa Farm House Association;
and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by
the Planning and Housing Department with the following condition: that a street tree be planted in the Ash
Avenue right-of-way, of a type approved by the City of Ames Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS,the preliminary decision of approval requires all public improvements associated with and
required for the proposed Plat of Survey be installed prior to creation and recordation of the official Plat of
Survey and prior to issuance of zoning or building permits; and,
QWHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the Department's
Z preliminary decision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat
tl of Survey for 311 Ash Avenue is hereby approved.
