RESOLUTION NO- 11-159
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
712 SOUTH 16TH STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 712 South 16t'Street4,and the owner is Randall Corporation;
and,
WHEREAS,apreliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
bythe Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the
Department's preliminary decision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 712 South 16' Street is hereby approved.
