RESOLUTION NO. 09-488
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
LOTS 14, 15,AND 16 OF THE ESTATES OF NATURE'S CROSSING SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 4114,4122,and 4128 Cochrane Parkway(also known as Lots 14, 15,
and 16 of The Estates ofNature's Crossing Subdivision),and the owner is Pinnacle Properties Ames,LLC;and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by
the Planning and Housing Department with the following condition that all previous agreements and conditions
of approvals regarding The Estates of Nature's Crossing Subdivision shall apply; and,
WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the Department's
preliminary decision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat
of Survey for 4114, 4122, and 4128 Cochrane Parkway(also known as Lots 14, 15, and 16 of The Estates of
Nature's Crossing Subdivision) is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 13' day of October, 2009.
