RESOLUTION NO. 09-487
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
633 18TH STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 633 18r'Street, and the owner is David and Ruth Cole; and,
WH>rREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
WHEREAS,the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the Department's
preliminary decision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,that the
Plat of Survey for 633 18"Street is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 131h day of October, 2009.
