Correction, no ordinance is required until TIF is approved. The URA and URP are approved by resolution on August 241h

Subject: URA Public Hearing and relationship to GO Bond Approval.
After talking with Diane we have derived the following schedule for August 241h to allow for City Council the opportunity
to consider approving the issuance of GO Bonds for the Indoor Aquatics Center on September 14th. Approval on the 14th
would allow for a referendum, if needed, to occur on November 2"d as we understand the election requirements.
July 27th-Adopt Resolution of Necessity for URA and URP
July 28th- Notify taxing entities by mail of potential use of TIF
August 41h or 18th Urban Renewal Plan Consistency determination with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
August 51h Publish notice in a paper of general circulation (4-20 days) for public hearing on the URA and URP for August
24th.
August 5 t h- Hold consultation meeting with tax entities.
August 12th-Deadline to provide written consultation recommendations to the City within 7 days of consultation
A th taff response to any written comments submitted by a tax entity (Minimum 7 days prior to hearing)
August 24th - y Council Public Hearing for approval of the URA and URP by resolution. Waive the rules for throe

September 14th -City Council approval of GO Bonds, petition for referendum must be received prior to approval.
