TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa proposes that Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa be
amended to change and rezone from a. "B" District (Multiple Residence)
to a "D" District (Business and Light Industry) the following property:
The West 120 Feet of Lot 10, Block 5, Original Town
of Ames, Iowa.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the proposed ordinance
incorporating such change is now on file in the office of the City Clerk,
Ames, Iowa, and a hearing on the adoption of the proposed ordnance
will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall, Ames, Iowa at 8:00 o'clock P. M. on the 7th day of March, 1961.
Any interested parties are invited to appear for or against this proposed
ordinance.
