AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 ON TRAFFIC OF THE MUN- ICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 25-40. 10 THEREOF, AND DESIGNATING DUFF AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET. Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby amended by repealing Section 25-40. 10 and substituting the following in lieu thereof to be known as Section 25-40.10of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: 25-40. 10 Duff Avenue from Lincoln Way to the south line of Twentieth Street, except at Main Street, except at Thirteenth Street, and except at Sixteenth Street, is hereby designated as a through street. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 16th day of Januar y 1961. V.C��i2Ge/ M. W. Jorda , Clerk Pearle P.
