That Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of Ordinance '?o. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official 'Zoning Map therein referred to be and the same is hereby amended so as to change and rezone from a "B" District (Multiple Residence) to "D" District (Business and Light Industry) the following propert7' : Lots 8 and 9, Block 5, Original Town of Ames, Iowa. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict Tvith the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 18th day of October 1960- M. Jordan, r-Cl-erk Pearle P.
