Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Section 42-3(b) and Section 42-4 of Ordinance No. 937 of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended so as to change and rezone from an "A" District (Residence) to "AB" District (Limited Multiple Residence) the following property: Lots Five (5), Six(6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and C of McDonald i Subdivision to the City of Ames, Iowa. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 5th day of July 1960. M. W. ord n, Clerk Pearle P.
