Be It Ordained By The City Council of The City of Ames.. Iowa, as follows.. Section 1. Sections 42-3(b) and 42-4 of the "Zoning Ordinance" of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the official zoning map therein referred to are hereby amended so as to change and rezone from an "A" District (residence) to an "H-M" District (hospital medical) the following property: Lots V, 3, 4;, 91 10, 11, 12, and Lot 51 except a tract or parcel out of the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 thirty feet wide North and South, and fifty feet long East and West, all in Block 2 in A. Richmond' s Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block 5 in Duff' s Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa Lots 1, 2, 32 4, 52 6 and 14 in Block 8 in Duff' s Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, All of Block 3 in A. Richmond' s Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, The West 180 feet of Lots 4 and 5, Emery' s Subdivision to the City of Ames, Iowa, Lots 6, 7 and 8 of Emery' s Subdivision to the City of Ames, Iowa, The West 180 Feet of Lot 6, Block 7, Sunrise Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, Lots 1 and 2 of Paxton' s Subdivision of Kingsbury' s 3rd Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa, Lots 10 and 11 of Block 8, Sunrise Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 5th day of May 1959. M. W. Jordr, City Clerk Pear e P. Voting Aye: Armstrong, Judge, Smith, King, and Schilletter Voting Nay: None Absent: Lawlor Moved by Schilletter and seconded by King that Ordinance No. 938 do now pass. Voting Aye: Armstrong, Judge, Smith, King, and Schilletter Voting Nay: None Absent: Lawlor Mayor De Hart declared Ordinance No. 938 duly adopted. I, M. W.
