R ICHMOND'S ADDITION TO AI- ES IWA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC CITY OF ADZES, IO1dA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a portion of the North and South alley in Block two (2 ), A. Richmond' s Addition to Ames, Iowa, more particularly described as follows : That portion of said alley from the north lines of Lots 8 and 5, Bloc1c 2, A. Richmond' s Addition to Ames, Iowa, north to the soutiz line of Twelfth Street, be and the same is hereby vacated as a public alley. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are I ereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passarre and publication as provided by law. Passed this 7th day of April M. W. Jor n, City uler:r, Pearle P.
