HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Establishing Curb Grades on Certain Streets ORDINANCE NO. 920 AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING CURB GRADES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE CITY OF AMES$ IOWA. Section 1. That the curb grades on the following streets and avenues in the City of Ames, Iowa be and they are hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles now on file in the office of the City Clerk, which said plats and profiles are by this reference made a part of this ordin- ance. Broadmoor Avenue - From the South line of Twenty- Fourth Street South 400.03 feet. Broadmoor Circle - In Broadmoor Second Addition to the City of Ames, Iowa. Duff Avenue - From the South line of Twenty- Fourth Street South 472 feet. Ferndale Avenue - From the, South line of Twentieth Street to Hunziker Drive, Ferndale Avenue - From the North line of Norland Street to Hunziker Drive, Hunziker Drive - From Ferndale Avenue West 141 feet. Meadowlane Avenue - From the South line of Twentieth Street South 760.8 feet, Melrose Avenue - From the North line of Twentieth Street North 502 feet, O'Neil Drive - From the West line of Maxwell Avenue West 513.33 feet. Twenty-Fourth Street - From the West line of Duff Avenue to the East line of Broadmoor Add- ition to the City of Ames. Sixteenth Street - In Crestwood First Addition to the City of Ames. Paulson Drive - From the West line of Meadowlane Avenue West 419.14 feet. Maxwell Avenue - From the North line of Sixteenth Street to George Allen Avenue, Twentieth Street - From the center of Melrose Avenue East 150 feet and West 160 feet. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3.
