HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Chapter 25 of Municipal Code (Traffic) ' J ORDINANCE NO. 910 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-114.5 of Chapter 25 ON TRAFFIC OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, AND THE PARKING METER REGULATIONS. i Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Section 25-114.5 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby repealed and the following shall be substituted in place thereof and shall be known as Section 25-114.5 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa. Section 25-114.5 Burnett Avenue from the South line of the east-west alley south of Main Street to Fifth Street, is hereby designated as a sixty (60) minute parking meter zone. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
