HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Chapter 25 of Municipal Code (Traffic) i ORDINANCE NO. 909 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-38.1 OF CHAPTER 25 ON TRAFFIC OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA, AND ONE WAY STREET AND ALLEY DESIGNATIONS. Be It Ordained By The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows: Section 1. That Section 25-38.1 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby repealed and the following shall be substituted in place thereof to be known as Section 25-38.1 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames, Iowa: Section 25-38.1 The alley between Main Street and Fifth Street from Burnett Avenue to the east line of Lot 7, Block 12, Original Town of Ames is hereby designated as "one-way" and it shall be unlawful to enter except from the east. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Passed this 4th day. of November i958.
